Announcements & Invites Security Deposit

Are you in need of a special announcement or invite for an upcoming life event! Please allow me to create the invite of your dreams with just an extra touch of artistry. Whether you’re looking for a more whimsical or simplistic design, I’m more than happy to create what you’re envisioning. Custom announcements for weddings and other events can become very pricey; so allow me to give you something unique but much more affordable. 

How it works:

1. Reach out first! Send me your inspo designs!
2. I’ll let you know if it’s something I’m up for and give you an exact quote. (I reserve the right to refuse any designs/projects I’m not comfortable with).
3. You pay a security deposite of $50 here!
4. I begin creating. This part of the process is where I’d be in close communication with you to really capture what you’re hoping for. Clients then proceed to send me the details of the announcement/invite.(dates, times, addresses, names etc).
5. Completion of design and your second payment: I inform you that your custom designed announcements are complete. You then send me the remaining payment amount due via here on my website or in some cases Venmo ($50 security deposite is part of total cost and will be subtracted from the total).
6. You provide me with a good email address and I send you the high resolution, final document in PDF form.
7. You then send or forward the PDF file to your local print shop for them to print the amount needed. I have always worked with AlphaGraphics for this part of the process and highly recommended their printing services. They are well priced, timely and have great customer service.

IMPORTANT Info:

•For a typical design I need at least two weeks. This is counting from the time you make your $50 security deposit to the time of project completion. PLEASE calculate your timeframes accordingly. I may finish early but please account for design process to take max two weeks.

•Announcements will be created measuring 5x7” unless otherwise specified/ requested.

•Once security deposit has been paid, I start designing; security deposit is therefore non-refundable as my services have now been engaged. If you decide you no longer want my services that is your right, however your deposit will not be refunded.
